Ingredients:
300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Step 1: Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and beef broth. Set aside.

Step 3: Cook the Beef
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic, minced ginger, and sliced onion. Stir-fry until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 5: Combine and Serve
Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the prepared sauce, and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot over steamed rice.
