Ingredients:
– 2 cups ripe pineapple
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
– 3 inches ginger root
– 1 cup coconut water or filtered water

Method:
Stick all of the above ingredients into a blender and pulse-blend for 30 seconds until smooth (pulse-blending helps prevent oxidation). Enjoy!
